Maxim Ball: The Eurasia Global Forum gave me the opportunity to settle down in life

One of the recipients of a grant from the “Eurasia Global” International Youth Forum in 2020 was Maksim Ball. A resident of the Republic of Bashkortostan received 500 thousand rubles for the implementation of the project “Training Center for the military-applied training of young people”. Today Maxim Ball shared with us the story of his success.

“In 2020 I registered on the Rosmolodezh website and saw information about the forum “Eurasia Global”, in which I decided to take part. I became interested. At that time I was already engaged in patriotic education and I had my own project. I presented it on the youth forum. My work consisted in that we created a center where children could come and learn the basics of mountaineering, shooting, hand-to-hand combat, and some other applied professions for free. We also hold events on patriotic education of youth. According to the results of implementation of the grant we received, we have successful indicators. Among our pupils, there are candidates for the master of sports in wrestling and there is even a child-hero who saved two people.

Our project continues to be implemented. Now we have put more emphasis on sports activities. We continue to offer free training sessions. The gym is open to everyone. “Eurasia Global” is an excellent launching pad for realizing oneself in big projects. Judging is fairly objective. The committee is very friendly. In spite of the fact that there are a lot of competitors and a lot of projects, they choose the best ones.

The Eurasia Global Forum gave me the opportunity to settle down well in life. I do what I like to do: I train and help the children. We plan that some of my students will take part in the forum this year.”

It is worth noting that the International Youth Forum "Eurasia Global" will take place in Orenburg from August 21 to 27, 2023. The participants are consist of young specialists and professionals from Russia and foreign countries engaged in volunteering, media, career development, and international youth cooperation.

During the week of the "Eurasia Global" forum, participants will attend educational and cultural programs, informal networking areas, and exhibition zones of partners. Additionally, young individuals will present their projects, and the best ones will receive grant support from Rosmolodyozh.
