Rosmolodezh’s grants help to develop tourism in the south of the country

Tourist local history project “Discover the Caucasus”
Boris Agadzhanov's project is a unique opportunity for everyone who wants to learn about the beauty and traditions of the North Caucasus. This region is rich not only in natural attractions, but also in national culture, which can be learned by visiting the local resorts and trying the national cuisine.
Boris and his team are preparing local history tours to various destinations, including the Kabardino-Balkar Republic with its Chegem waterfalls and Blue Lakes, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic with its famous resort Dombay, North Ossetia with its Tsey Gorge, and the Stavropol Region with its four towns of Caucasian Mineral Waters.
International Youth Tourist Forum “BENOY – 2023”
Shamil Azizov was awarded a grant certificate for his work in organizing youth tourism. He is the head of the team which is engaged in preparation of III International Youth Tourist Forum “BENOY – 2023”. The forum will take place in the mountain village of Benoy on the base of the children's health camp “Gorny Benoy” in the Chechen Republic. It is expected that the event will be attended by 150 people from 89 regions of the Russian Federation, the CIS and neighboring countries.
Forum's program includes various tourism directions, such as youth tourism, adventure tourism, cultural and educational tourism, extreme tourism, volunteer tourism, military tourism, travel-blogging and ecotourism. Different educational tracks and alternative venues are also planned within the forum.
Blog-tour “Territory of Culture – Adygea”
A new project by Adam Achmiz under the title "Blog-tour “Territory of culture – Adygea” has been launched in Adygea which is aimed at increasing tourist attraction of the region and development of home tourism. The main objective of the project is popularization of natural, historical and cultural objects, distribution of information about memorable places of Adygea and studying historical-cultural heritage of the indigenous population.
12 popular bloggers from 12 Russian regions, with a total number of subscribers more than 1 million people will take part in the project. The uniqueness of the project lies in the fact that during the tour, top bloggers will participate in interactive meetings and workshops with the youth of the region as speakers with master classes.
Development of youth tourism in Russia is becoming increasingly important, as it has a stimulating effect on various sectors of the economy in the regions, preserving cultural and historical potential of the country and its separate regions, and also contributes to development of interethnic and intercultural dialogue.
Any young person aged from 14 to 35 years can join to the opening of new tourist routes of Russia together with “Rosmolodezh. Grants”. A full-time application campaign for grant support will be held within the Eurasia Global International Youth Forum, which will take place in Orenburg in August this year. Registration for the forum will last till July 7.
It is worth noting that the International Youth Forum "Eurasia Global" will take place in Orenburg from August 21 to 27, 2023. The participants are consist of young specialists and professionals from Russia and foreign countries engaged in volunteering, media, career development, and international youth cooperation.
During the week of the "Eurasia Global" forum, participants will attend educational and cultural programs, informal networking areas, and exhibition zones of partners. Additionally, young individuals will present their projects, and the best ones will receive grant support from Rosmolodyozh.
