Hamed Darvish is 22 years old, studying in the specialty «Mechatronics and robotics» at SUSU in Chelyabinsk. He was born in Manufiya, grew up in Cairo, from where he came to study in Russia.
Like all the participants of the forum, Hamed is an activist, and he is also engaged in creativity, sings and even became one of the main «stars» of the concert «Festival of Cultures», which was held within the framework of the International Youth Forum «Eurasia Global». He is a really good writer of poems and letters in Arabic and, more than that, works as a cook and barista. His favorite Russian dish is pancakes, so Hamed learned how to cook them.
«I found out about the forum at our university: the guys sent me a link, I followed it and was applied. It was a big surprise for me when I was chosen first out of 80 people, because I am only in my first year in Russia. The Forum is another world!
The whole week, every day, every hour, everything is new and interesting. We do need much more time to see everything because there is a lot of information. I will definitely come again. I want to make my own project, create one team in Egypt, and the second from foreign students here in Russia. And so that these guys do not just communicate with each other, but students from Russia come to my house, guys from Egypt come to Russia, and hold joint events. Moreover, I have my own Internet channel in Arabic, and I want all Arabs to see there how students in Russia live and participate in public life. The fact is that many Arabs, coming to Russia to study, do not know about many things, do not know about this forum, about other opportunities. I want to talk about it. If they take part in events more actively, they will feel more comfortable themselves, they will see both people and culture», - Hamed shared his emotions and plans for the future with the publication «Урал56.ру».
Remind that the International Youth Forum «Eurasia Global» will be held in the Orenburg city from August 21 to 27, 2023. The participants will be young specialists and professionals from Russia and foreign countries, who carry out their activities in the fields of research, international cooperation, media, opinion leaders, young entrepreneurs, civil servants, leaders and members of organizations involved in the development of the movement of children, as well as winners of the contests of the platform «Russia - the land of opportunities» and others.
During the week of the Eurasia Global forum, participants will visit educational and cultural programs, platforms for informal communication, exhibition areas of partners. Also, young people will present their projects, the best of which will receive grant support from Rosmolodezh for their implementation.
